Membership analytics for clubs and associations only help when the committee trusts the path from extract to page. This is how a Neuron Routecore review moves.

  1. 1. Freeze and fields

    We agree the date that counts as “current,” the categories your constitution recognises, and which personal fields may leave your office. Redaction is normal when names are not required.

  2. 2. Roll reconciliation

    Duplicates, unfinished transfers, and dormant categories are marked. Dues status is checked against the membership status your secretary actually uses in correspondence.

  3. 3. Draft tables

    You receive cohort tables for joins, renewals, lapses, and chapter movement. Officers correct labels before any board pack is printed.

  4. 4. Committee briefing

    We present findings in language suited to an evening meeting — few charts, clear comparisons, and an honest note where the extract remains thin.

What we ask you to prepare

  • Membership extract with join date, category, chapter, and renewal status
  • Recent dues summary or arrears list
  • Last AGM membership paragraph, if one exists
  • Board or committee date you are working toward

What we will not do

  • Host or sell membership software
  • Invent a single “health score” for publicity
  • Chase individual members for arrears
