By using this website or commissioning membership analytics work, you agree to these terms. If you enquire on behalf of a club or association, you confirm you are authorised to share the information you provide.

Services

Neuron Routecore provides membership analytics engagements such as health reviews, board packs, retention briefings, and chapter comparison studies. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written scope and fee confirmation form the contract for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, report templates, and presentation materials remain the property of Neuron Routecore Co., Ltd. unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Deliverables prepared for your organisation may be used internally by that organisation. You may not republish our templates as your own product.

Client materials

Membership extracts and related files you supply remain your organisation’s property. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the agreed engagement.

Liability

Analytics and briefings support committee decision-making; they are not legal, audit, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuron Routecore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content or deliverables beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
