Refund and cancellation

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled engagements such as membership health reviews, board pack analytics, retention briefing sessions, and chapter comparison studies. Website content is free; there are no product shipments.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests should arrive in writing to hello@neuron-routecore.click at least seven business days before a scheduled on-site briefing or before substantial analysis has begun on a document engagement.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel seven or more business days before work begins, we refund fees paid minus any non-refundable deposit portion stated in your engagement letter (typically up to twenty percent for calendar holding). Cancellations inside seven business days may receive a partial refund reflecting work already completed (intake, extract review, or draft pages).

Non-refundable items

Completed briefings, delivered final board packs, and travel costs already incurred for agreed chapter visits are non-refundable. Third-party venue fees you arranged remain your responsibility.

Work already started

Once roll reconciliation or draft tables are underway, fees for hours completed are due. Unused remaining fees may be credited toward a rescheduled date within three months.

Deposits

A deposit of forty percent typically confirms the slot. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Early cancellation rules above apply to deposits.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if you give five business days’ notice and an alternative date within three months is available. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the engagement letter.

No-shows

If key contacts miss a booked briefing without notice, the session fee for that day is charged. A replacement session may be booked at the then-current fee.

Refund process and method

Email hello@neuron-routecore.click with your organisation name, engagement reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer within fourteen business days after approval.
